Working in Hanover does not mean you have to sleep in Hanover. The Schlossresidenz lies fifteen kilometres west of the city, a few minutes from the A2 motorway, Garbsen Nord exit. In around thirty minutes you are at the exhibition grounds, in fifteen to twenty at the airport, in twenty in the city centre. In the evening you come back to an apartment with its own kitchen, to a park without traffic noise, and to a place where nobody talks to you unless you want them to.
What business travellers value here
- Arrive whenever you get here. No desk to queue at after a long day. You receive the code for the key safe in advance, and it works around the clock.
- Breakfast from 7.30 am, included in every rate, even for a single night. If you have to leave early, you can have breakfast in your own kitchen.
- Free parking right in front of your apartment. There is an electric vehicle charging point in the courtyard, charged by consumption.
- Room to work. Every unit has a dining area that doubles as a desk during the day, and free Wi-Fi.
- A kitchen instead of a minibar. If you stay several nights, you can cook for yourself in the evening or bring something back with you.
- Sauna, fitness room and tennis court around the clock, with no booking and no extra charge.

It is possible without a car, but it takes longer: bus route 410 stops in the village, and the nearest railway station is Wunstorf, with the RE8 to Hannover Hauptbahnhof. By bus and train, allow around an hour to get into the city. If you are coming without a car and need to get to the fair every day, please plan for this.
Trade fairs in Hanover in 2026 and 2027
In trade fair weeks, rooms in and around Hanover are taken early, and prices in the city rise sharply. If you know your dates, it is best to book early.

During the week, most of our guests are here for work in the region, often on their own and often for several nights. The right unit
For one night on your own, one of the compact apartments is all you need, such as 05 Feuervogel at 25 m² or 01 Diamantfasan at 30 m², both with a terrace.
